Once the leak is located, our crew marks the cut line and cores through the concrete above it. In most Plano homes, this is a targeted cut of 12"–24". The pipe is repaired or replaced (typically a 2–4 foot section), the area is cleaned, and the concrete is patched.

The patch concrete needs 24–48 hours to cure before heavy foot traffic. Water is restored same day once the repair is complete — you don't have to wait for the concrete to dry to use your plumbing.

Pipe Rerouting
